Bimbo QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) is a global bakery leader, proudly supporting quick service restaurant chains, retail, and foodservice around the world with high-quality buns, artisan rolls and sweet baked goods. The company has more than 65 years of experience and operates 49 high-speed bakeries located in more than 23 countries. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating production activities in the bakery, ensuring products are manufactured according to quality standards and within established deadlines. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, and implementing continuous improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily production operations. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Manage and motivate the production team, promoting a positive work environment. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of necessaryingredientsand resources. Implement and oversee equipment maintenance programs. Analyze production processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency. Prepare production reports and present results to senior management. Manage the production department budget and control operational expenses.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, ora relatedfield. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the food industry. Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement techniques. Leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick and effective decisions
