Production Manager North Haven, CT, United States | req29064 What you will enjoy doing• In this role, you will enforce HS&E standards by implementing requirements and ensuring employee compliance You will execute plans to meet operational, business, and customer needs Further, you will ensure adherence to work instructions and standardized procedures You will lead continuous improvement efforts within the Operations team Additionally, you will develop, train, and grow team talent using training and skill matrices You will identify, communicate, and mitigate risks while maintaining clear documentation and checklists What makes you great You possess 5-10 years of plant operations experience; 3-5 years in operations management preferred Experience in customer service and aviation/aerospace industry experience is preferred Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Your background reflects a solid combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and customer focus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
