Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Production Planning Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and optimize production workflows. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of production schedules, ensuring seamless coordination across supply chain activities, manufacturing processes, and quality control. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing excellence and foster a culture of innovation within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage detailed production plans aligned with customer demands, inventory levels, and capacity constraints using
ECI-M1 ERP.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production schedules. Monitor production progress daily, identify bottlenecks or delays, and proactively adjust plans to maintain optimal workflow. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and waste reduction to enhance overall productivity. Skills Extensive experience in production management within manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of ERP systems like SAP and MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Strong mechanical knowledge related to CNC manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, and plant operations management. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage supply chain analytics for strategic decision-making.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
