About the
Role:
We are seeking a high-energy Manufacturing Manager to lead our fast-growing wellness supplement bottling and production operations. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing, scale production lines, and manage floor safety and output.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
Drive automation, throughput, and lean scheduling across high-speed liquid lines.
Compliance:
Enforce strict FDA, cGMP, and HACCP standards for all dietary products.
Supply Chain:
Oversee procurement, inventory logistics, and raw botanical stock levels.
Leadership:
Provide team mentorship, training, and foster a culture of strict sanitation and safety.
Requirements:
3+ years of manufacturing management experience (beverage, food, or liquid nutraceuticals highly preferred). expertise in cGMP compliance and high-volume packaging systems. Apply today to scale the future of wellness!

Operations Leadership:
Oversee production, packaging, warehousing, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets. 
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce rigorous food safety (HACCP, GMPs) and occupational health (OSHA) standards, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 
Quality Control:
Maintain high product quality, oversee sanitation, and ensure adherence to customer specifications. 
Performance & Efficiency:
Establish and analyze KPIs, reduce waste, manage inventory, and implement lean manufacturing to improve cost-efficiency. 
Personnel Management:
Recruit, train, evaluate, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adequate scheduling. 
Budget & Strategic Planning:
Manage operating budgets, and report performance to senior leadership. Required Qualifications & Skills 
Experience:
Previous management experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment. 
Education:
Bachelor s degree in food science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. 
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with sanitation, quality management systems (SQF, ISO), and production machinery. 
Skills:
leadership, communication, problem-solving, and computer proficiency.
