The ideal candidate is a hands-on Project Manager with experience supporting manufacturing or production environments , capable of managing projects that directly impact the production line while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and budgets. Someone that has Industrial engineer or manufacturing experience. They should bring a strong understanding of mechanical systems, operations, or fabrication processes , with the ability to drive execution from planning through delivery in a fast-paced, production-focused setting. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline, 5 years of experience in industrial project and/or construction management may be substituted for education requirement A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project, power project, oil & gas project, data center project, and / or construction management Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and enterprise resource planning Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline 5 years' experience in industrial project, power project, oil & gas project, data center project, and / or construction management
