Job Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Plant Manager for a facility in Jacksonville, FL area! The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the facility, driving measurable OEE, and make facility improvements. The qualified candidate for this role will have the following: Facility turn-around experience Understanding of OEE improvements, quality controls, and waste reduction Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance systems Experience with roll handling and inventory control Be able to scale operations
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in a manufacturing setting 3+ years' experience in a Plant Manager or Senior Operations role Strong maintenance and reliability background Must be comfortable being hands on, leading on the floor Lean Six Sigma experience strongly preferred
