Our operations emphasize safety, efficiency, and consistent product quality through advanced processing, packaging, and logistics systems. We are seeking a strong Plant Manager to lead our Miami facility and drive operational performance. Position Summary The Plant Manager will lead all aspects of plant operations, including water processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and distribution. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality while driving cost control and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings experience managing high-volume manufacturing environments, building strong leadership teams, and improving operational performance across multi-shift production. Key Responsibilities Provide full leadership and accountability for plant operations, including processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and warehouse/distribution Manage multi-shift operations to ensure production targets, service levels, and efficiency goals are achieved Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates, building a strong, accountable culture Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, cost reduction, reliability, and waste elimination Own plant P&L, including labor, maintenance, and operating cost management Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and regulatory standards related to water production and packaging Monitor and drive KPIs including production output, downtime, quality, and service performance Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to meet business objectives Lead capital improvement projects, including equipment upgrades and process enhancements Establish a culture focused on safety, engagement, and operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in plant or senior operations leadership Experience in food, beverage, water, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing environments Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-line production operations Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement Experience leading large teams in multi-shift operations (24/5 or 24/7) Financial acumen with experience managing plant-level budgets and P&L Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment Preferred Experience Experience in bottling, beverage, or liquid packaging environments Exposure to water processing systems, filtration, or high-speed packaging lines Experience leading facility expansions, startups, or major capital projects Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance available Why Join Opportunity to lead a critical production facility in a growing organization Strong focus on operational investment and continuous improvement High-visibility leadership role with impact across the business
