Hands-On Manufacturing Operations Manager 3D Potter Palm City, FL Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $110,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Manufacturing management Operations management Machine operation Process improvement Manufacturing facility Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on Operations and Production Manager with substantial experience working directly on manufacturing equipment, machinery, robotics, or automated production systems. This is not a desk-based management role. The successful candidate will spend significant time on the production floor troubleshooting, maintaining, optimizing, and improving equipment while leading daily operations. Candidates without hands-on machinery experience will not be considered. About Us We're an innovative, growing 3D printing company specializing in large-scale robotics for construction. We're expanding fast and need a leader who's both strategic and hands-on. This role is intended for candidates who have personally worked with manufacturing machinery and production equipment. Management experience alone is not sufficient. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations. Develop and document manufacturing processes from the ground up. Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring efficient workflows. Be hands-on with mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and optimizing equipment. Collaborate with leadership on scaling operations. Qualifications Hands-on experience working with manufacturing machinery, robotics, automation equipment, or industrial mechanical systems. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and production equipment issues. Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Comfortable working directly on the production floor and operating around manufacturing equipment daily. Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes. Salary Range $80,000 to $110,000 annually based on experience.
