Full Job Description Title:

Reagents Manufacturing Senior Manager (IVD) Report to: Manufacturing Director Job scope As the Reagents Manufacturing Manager, you aren't just overseeing a floor; you are the guardian of product integrity and operational excellence. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and shop-floor execution, ensuring our life-saving diagnostic reagents are produced with surgical precision, regulatory compliance, and maximum efficiency. Job Responsibilities •

Operational Architect:

Design and execute the strategy for department growth, profitability, and process improvement. You'll own the SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics and drive the department to exceed them. •

Regulatory Command:

Maintain a "culture of compliance." You will ensure every drop of reagent meets ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 standards, leading the charge on CAPAs, NCs, and change orders with zero-defect discipline. •

Servant Leadership:

Build a high-performance "Focus Factory" team. You aren't just a boss; you're a mentor who hires, develops, and empowers staff to take pride in their work and their safety. •

Cross-Functional Catalyst:

Act as the vital link between R D, Process Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product transfers and rock-solid supply stability. •

Continuous Improvement Champion:

Use your Lean/Six Sigma expertise to hunt down waste and optimize expenses, ensuring we deliver high-quality products at the best possible cost. Pre-requisites/Job Experience Bachelor's degree + 10 years of IVD manufacturing experience (with at least 5 years in a management role). Strong grip on ERP systems, Excel, and Quality Management software. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a major plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a controlled environment (Lab coat, gloves, bouffant cap, mask, goggles, and booties).
