Production Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee graphics production operations at our St. Cloud, Florida location. This hands-on leadership role involves managing a production hub, ensuring quality and efficiency, and collaborating with other centers nationwide to maintain consistent standards. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of large-format UV print production and precision cutting processes within the St. Cloud facility.
• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
• Monitor inventory levels of graphic substrates and coordinate printing schedules with warehouse and operations teams.
• Implement and uphold quality control processes to guarantee consistent standards for show-site installations and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with production leads across multiple hubs to harmonize workflows and share best practices.
• Mentor and guide satellite production centers to ensure seamless communication and operational synergy.
• Balance production resources across the national network during peak seasons, including hiring seasonal staff as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, and train skilled production personnel to establish a high-performing department.
• Manage incoming production requests, prioritize tasks, and oversee timelines using Salesforce or similar systems.
• Ensure efficient digital asset management, including proofing, revisions, and client communication to maintain smooth operations. Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in tradeshow, exhibit, or experiential production.
• Strong ability to collaborate with peers across multiple locations to develop unified strategies.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows in high-pressure environments.
• Expertise in operating and troubleshooting Mimaki

printers and Summa cutting systems.

• Proficiency in Onyx Thrive and Summa GoProduce software for material usage optimization.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on maintaining flagship-level operational excellence.
• Familiarity with transitioning outsourced graphics production to in-house capabilities.
• Knowledge of computerized automation processes and production workflows.
