Position:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Dry Cleaner Manager to lead the daily operations of our dry cleaning facility. This role involves managing store performance, upholding high-quality service standards, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operations:

Manage all areas of dry cleaning production, including sorting, cleaning, pressing, and garment finishing, while ensuring quality and timely output. Operate cleaning equipment such as washers, dryers, and dry cleaning machines in accordance with garment care instructions. Oversee inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and lead team members. Promote a supportive and efficient team environment.

Customer Service:

Provide outstanding service, address concerns, and help strengthen customer relationships.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards in garment care and finishing.

Facility Maintenance:

Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and professionally presented.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of one year of experience in the dry cleaning industry, including a leadership role.

Expertise:

Solid knowledge of dry cleaning procedures and garment care best practices.

Abilities:

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
