In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a safe, efficient, and innovative manufacturing environment that aligns with company goals and customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence and contribute to the growth of a thriving manufacturing organization. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of plant operations, including production management, supply chain logistics, and quality control. Develop and implement production plans using ERP systems such as SAP and MRP modules to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing resource utilization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles, process improvement strategies, and waste reduction techniques. Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards, mechanical maintenance protocols, and quality specifications. Manage supply chain analytics to forecast demand accurately, optimize inventory levels, and streamline procurement activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing workflows, improve assembly processes, and elevate overall operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, efficiency, safety incidents, and quality metrics; implement corrective actions as needed. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of plant management practices. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software; experience with MRP modules is highly desirable. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies, process improvement techniques, and supply chain management principles. Mechanical knowledge combined with expertise in operations management to troubleshoot issues and optimize equipment performance. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills in supply chain analytics and data-driven decision-making; experience with manufacturing software tools is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
