Job Description:
A manufacturer of specialty utility vehicles is seeking a Head of Production in the Augusta, Georgia area.
Candidates Must Have:
3+ years of production experience within automotive, electric vehicle (EV), small passenger vehicle, ATV, or UTV manufacturing environments Bachelors degree is preferred Proven experience leading production teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Experience managing production KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, and productivity Ability to lead cross-functional operations across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
