Job Description
The Plant Manager will oversee all operations at the Atlanta Plant, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial in driving efficiency and productivity, as well as fostering a positive work environment for all employees. The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's objectives, while also managing budgets and resources effectively. Additionally, this position will involve collaborating with various departments to optimize processes and address any operational challenges. Ultimately, the Plant Manager will play a key role in enhancing the plant's performance and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
At least 5 years of experience in a laundry processing facility, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the facility.
Manage and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in a laundry processing facility, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects.
