Automotive Manufacturing - Brake Tube & Cooling Tube Production Position Summary Boogook Georgia, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in our automotive parts production facility. The Production Manager will oversee production planning, manpower management, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement activities to ensure efficient and on-time manufacturing performance. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and experience in automotive manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals Supervise and lead production supervisors, team leaders, and production employees Monitor production schedules and coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations including OSHA standards Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Lead continuous improvement activities related to lean manufacturing and process optimization Monitor labor utilization, overtime, scrap, and operational costs Support new product launches and production line improvements Conduct employee training, coaching, and performance evaluations Investigate production issues and implement preventive measures Maintain accurate production records and reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field 2+ years of production management experience in manufacturing environment Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience managing large production teams in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices Ability to analyze production data and drive operational improvements Familiarity with quality systems and customer requirements in automotive industry Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Preferred Experience Experience with tube manufacturing, metal forming, or automotive component production Experience working with Hyundai/Kia suppliers or Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive suppliers Knowledge of OSHA safety compliance and manufacturing safety practices Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Supportive and team-oriented work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume to the HR Department at:
