Production Supervisor:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient completion of scheduled jobs. They will manage production employees, supervise shift operations, ensure compliance with company policies, delegate tasks to shift personnel, assist with plant organization and cleanliness, and perform production tasks when necessary. Additionally, the supervisor serves as a crucial link between production staff and company management. Job Duties & Responsibilities of the

Production Supervisor :

§ Ensuring cleanliness and safety in work areas § Collaborating with the Production Manager § Coordinating personnel scheduling with the Process Lead for scheduled runs Supervising production associates, overseeing schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient production and sanitation functions § Completing daily shift reports § Troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring smooth production processes Adhering to GMP and Food Safety guidelines Promoting innovation and operational excellence through efficiency improvements Maintaining quality standards and procedures Participating in cross-functional teams Training employees and overseeing environmental sanitation programs Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback Completing necessary production paperwork Education & Experience Requirements of the

Production Supervisor:

§ High School Diploma/GED or higher § 1-2 years of previous manufacturing or production experience § Background in Food/Beverage/Consumer Products Manufacturing § Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) § Computer experience with EXCEL spreadsheets and MS Word § Flexibility in work schedule preferred
