Viking Aggregates is looking for a hands-on Portable Plant Manager to lead our crushing and processing operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and keeping production moving safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead daily plant operations and production crews Manage equipment utilization and maintenance planning Drive safety, quality and production performance Troubleshoot operational challenges and keep projects on track Build and develop high-performing teams
Requirements:
Leadership experince in aggregates, mining, dredging, or heavy industry Strong mechanical aptitude Knowledge of MSHA and safety-focused operations Ability to make decisions and drive results Why Viking Aggregates?
