As Manager of the SCADA team, you'll play a key role in supporting the critical systems that power our new facilities. This position provides the opportunity to lead a team while defining and developing PLC programs using Siemens automation systems. You will ensure reliable functionality and integration across essential infrastructure, including chilled water systems, exhaust scrubbers, MAUs, bulk chemical distribution, ultra-pure water, and wastewater systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining strong operations and a competitive advantage. ### ### Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the SCADA engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
  • Oversee daily performance and maintenance of SCADA systems aligned to TD and ID1 operational goals
  • Partner with IT, Facilities, and Environmental teams to ensure integrated systems and reporting capabilities
  • Manage SCADA project scope, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
  • Support the design and implementation of new infrastructure and automation solutions, including IoT and power monitoring systems
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to SCADA systems
  • Drive data-informed decisions and support corporate initiatives through reporting and analysis ### ### Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment working with SCADA or industrial automation systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead or management role with demonstrated leadership capability
  • Strong understanding of SCADA architecture and PLC programming tools (e.g., Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, FasTrak 505 Workshop)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and lead multidisciplinary teams ### ### Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience with
SCADA/PLC
systems in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
  • Experience with AVEVA InTouch HMI systems or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with
SQL, HMI
development, and technical documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and operational sequences
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.
