Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Senior Project Manager - Manufacturing Operations Moses Lake, WA (Onsite) | Up to 50% Travel $80,000-$125,000 + Bonus + Relocation Are you a project manager who thrives inside a manufacturing plant , not behind a desk running IT timelines? Do you know how to keep engineering, production, quality, and procurement aligned so projects don't disrupt operations? If you've led complex projects in chemical, semiconductor, high-tech, or process manufacturing environments—this is the role you've been looking for. A growing U.S. manufacturer supporting the semiconductor and advanced technology industries is hiring a senior project manager to lead high-impact operational projects in a high-purity production facility . What You'll Actually Do Run projects from planning through execution inside a live manufacturing environment Lead cross-functional meetings with engineering, operations, quality, and procurement Identify project risks that could impact production—and fix them before they do Manage procurement of technical equipment/materials from spec to delivery Build executive-level status reports and presentations Align schedules, resources, budgets, and priorities across multiple projects Ensure projects comply with ISO and quality system requirements This job is for you if you have: 4+ years of project management in manufacturing or production Experience in chemical, semiconductor, industrial, or process manufacturing Comfort working with technical data, process controls, and Six Sigma concepts Experience coordinating vendors and technical procurement Strong skills in MS Project, Visio, and executive reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities in an operational setting Why You'll Want This Role Stable, growing mid-sized manufacturer with long-term customers Strong safety and quality culture Excellent benefits and bonus program Relocation assistance Training and education support Opportunity to make a visible impact across operations and leadership If you're a hands-on manufacturing project leader who understands how manufacturing really works, apply now.
