You will drive operational excellence by mentoring high-performing teams, implementing Lean methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safety. Responsibilities Direct daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met while adhering to strict product specifications. Mentor and develop production personnel through effective scheduling, performance coaching, and accountability initiatives. Champion Lean manufacturing practices, including 5S and waste reduction, to optimize workflows and decrease operational costs. Monitor critical KPIs—such as safety, quality, and delivery—to proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks. Collaborate with engineering and supply chain departments to ensure seamless material flow and inventory accuracy. Conduct routine safety audits and enforce compliance protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment. Required Skills Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with at least 2 years in a direct management capacity. Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, quality management systems, and industrial safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern production management software. Strong analytical skills for tracking production metrics and implementing corrective actions. Preferred Skills Lean or Six Sigma certification. Experience operating various types of material handling equipment, including forklifts. Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration and operational innovation.
