Job Description:
Project Manager - Industrial/ Manufacturing Construction Project Manager opportunity overseeing industrial and manufacturing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution. Projects consist of ground up warehouses, manufacturing, and mission critical construction projects exceeding $50M in value with a well-established general contractor offering a strong backlog and long-term growth potential. Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project financials Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation Work closely with Superintendents, clients, architects, and subcontractors throughout construction Support project safety, quality control, and schedule adherence Lead owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal project coordination Track forecasting, billing, and overall project performance Assist with buyout, permitting, and contract administration processes Help resolve field and operational issues to maintain project progress and client satisfaction Qualifications 5+ years of experience with a general contractor Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, and mission critical construction projects Strong understanding of construction operations and project financials Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar software Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Vehicle allowance Gas Card Bonus opportunity 401(k) Full benefits package PTO and continued career growth opportunities
