Job Description Responsibilities:
Global Leadership:
Provide proven professional leadership to a global Procurement team overseeing critical Supply Chain Services, including Manufacturing, Repair, Distribution, and Logistics.
Financial Impact:
Deliver measurable results in driving annual net cost reductions and optimizing working capital management.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess outsourced solutions, evaluate market trends, perform competitive benchmarking, and identify commercial best practices and technological advancements in Manufacturing, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
Strategic Execution:
Develop and execute cohesive, forward-looking strategies that address current and future organizational needs, supply chain resiliency, market trends, government regulations, and evolving business environments.
Operational Excellence:
Demonstrate a track record of success across forecasting, sourcing, compliance, quality assurance, complex negotiations, and contract management.
Process Innovation:
Drive the invention and implementation of process improvements, automation, and operational best practices to support scalable growth with a global reach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead and influence cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Product Management, Product Design, Technical, and Business Development units to achieve strategic objectives.
Talent Management:
Direct and mentor a global team comprising both individual contributors and people managers.
Preferred Skills:
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Executive Leadership:
5+ years of proven executive leadership experience.
Organizational Complexity:
Demonstrated success navigating complex corporate structures, including the integration of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Departmental Management:
Full-cycle department management experience, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
Global Vision:
A broad global perspective and strategic vision for Supply Chain and Procurement functions.
Execution & Negotiation:
Strong managerial acumen paired with advanced negotiation skills.
Industry Expertise:
A robust industry network and deep experience within the Electronics Manufacturing sector.
Sourcing Excellence:
Proven capability leading complex, end-to-end RF(x) processes and high-value contract negotiations.
Agility:
Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment, seamlessly balancing tactical execution with long-term strategic initiatives in parallel. Role Requirement Candidates must possess professional experience in Manufacturing, General Procurement, or Sourcing at the Director level or higher to be considered for this role.
