WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and develop production and warehouse teams Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence Solve real-time manufacturing and operational challenges Improve plant efficiency and production processes Analyze staffing, productivity, and performance metrics Train directly alongside experienced operations leaders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong leadership potential and work ethic Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Military, Athletics, or Operations experience preferred Hands-on, results-driven mindset Strong communication and decision-making skills Degree preferred (Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience
