Job Description:

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a manufacturing organization to locate their next Plant Manager.

Location:

Quincy, IL (On-site)

Compensation:

$140,000-$1800,000 base + bonus

Schedule:

Lead all aspects of plant operations with direct impact on production, efficiency, and profitability.

Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.

Performance Management:

Track KPIs such as throughput, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency; implement corrective actions.

Team Development:

Lead and develop supervisors and frontline teams to build a high-performance culture.

Process Improvement:

Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Production Planning:

Align production schedules with demand, inventory levels, and customer requirements.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with supply chain, engineering, and finance to optimize operations and support business goals. Who are you?

Experienced Plant Leader:

8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant-level responsibility.

Operations-Focused:

Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance, and quality systems.

Lean Mindset:

Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

People Leader:

Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and improve workplace culture.

Results-Driven:

Ability to manage performance through data, metrics, and accountability.

Education:
