???????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???? I'm partnering with one of the World's Largest Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers on a search for a Plant Manager. What you'll be doing:

• Leading all day to day plant operations
• Managing managers, supervisors, and operational teams
• Driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people
• Improving productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Executing action plans to achieve the business plan
• Reviewing budgets, financial data, and operational performance
• Working with corporate teams to ensure the site has the right resources
• Supporting new product and process development
• Driving Lean, Kaizen, and 5S activity across the site What we're looking for:
• Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience
• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, safety, material flow, and daily operations
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, and production teams
• Strong planning, problem solving, and analytical ability
• Track record improving performance across a manufacturing site
• Lean, Kaizen, and 5S experience
• Degree in business management, manufacturing, engineering, or similar preferred This is a Plant Manager role for someone who can lead operations, improve performance, and take accountability for a complex automotive manufacturing site.
