You will manage all activities related to operations & product development. The ideal candidate will have CNC leadership experience within an industrial environment. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain operational business plans
• Maintain department budget
• Oversee all production department team members
• Train & mentor team
• meeting performance & safety standards
• Monitor production reports
• address delays/issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or several years of relevant experience
• Management experience of CNC operations required
• Automotive manufacturing CNC experience is preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing software (project management, payroll, etc.)
• Strong leadership experience within a multi-cultural manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills
