Establish site objectives and lead the manufacturing strategic planning process.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the annual Operations budget, utilizing financial analysis to drive growth and reduce waste.

Team Development:

Manage and mentor the production managerial team, focusing on building talent and succession planning.

Process Improvement:

Monitor manufacturing effectiveness and implement changes using Continuous Improvement and TPM philosophies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with site leadership to ensure production activities align with broader business goals.

Working hours:

5:00 PM - 3:00

AM Skills:

Education:

Associate degree or higher.

Methodology:

Practical knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and High-Performance Work Teams.
