This includes managing personnel, production schedules, quality control, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Duties Maintain and enforce all Safety Regulations and promote a safe work environment with all Supervisors on the floor. Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities in plating and polishing lines to meet output and quality targets. Ensure production schedules are met with optimal use of materials, labor, and equipment. Hire, train, and access employee performance while promoting skills growth and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Focus on continual improvement by implementing "Lean" techniques to improve manufacturing processes. Work closely with Quality to meet internal and external quality standards and implement any corrective action is necessary. Coordinate all projects on the floor ro ensure they are completed by due dates. Any other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Plant Manager. Qualifications 5 + years of experience in manufacturing environment preferably production / management / supervisor setting Familiar with Lead Times and Lean/6 Sigma practices Solid knowledgement of Plating and Polishing Production Systems Experience with

ISO 9001 / AS9100

Quality System Preferred Bachelor's Degree (Business or Marketing) Proficient in ERP system including
