Job Description
Project management professional responsible for executing new projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing customer deliverables through all NPI phases. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in medical manufacturing, project planning, or sales Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments Experience coordinating with Quality, Operations, Planning, Engineering, Shipping, and Raw Materials teams Experience managing customer and stakeholder expectations Experience confirming purchase orders, print, model, and revision verification Experience maintaining project records and status tracking Experience preparing shipping documentation Experience maintaining router packet content with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills PMP certification Experience managing projects through each NPI phase Experience with internal project prioritization and scheduling Job Responsibilities Manage project execution and related activities from kickoff through completion Serve as point of contact for customers and stakeholders Communicate project progress, deadlines, and targets to stakeholders Confirm purchase orders and verify prints, models, and revisions Maintain assigned projects within Ready Room Coordinate with Shipping and Raw Materials to ensure materials are ordered and received on time Prepare shipping document readiness Work with cross-functional core teams on internal and customer-facing projects Create and maintain project priority lists for Quality, Operations, Planning, and Engineering teams Coordinate with designated project support staff to maintain router packet content Manage customer projects through each NPI phase Track project timelines, maintain deliverables, and support on-time execution
