Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in production processes, team development, and quality assurance. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows and leading continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets while delivering high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery Lead, coach, and motivate production teams by providing clear direction, training, and ongoing performance feedback Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste Work with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements Analyze production data and generate reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities Promote a culture of continuous improvement through teamwork, innovation, and proactive problem-solving Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or production management in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement Knowledge of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and quality control practices Proficiency in production management systems and data analysis tools Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Bachelor's degree or on the job knowledge both encouraged to apply
Pay:
$65,963.43 - $79,439.84 per year
