Overview We are seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead all aspects of manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive production environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience within a Tier 1 automotive supplier environment and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, including the Toyota Production System. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and logistics Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments Lead and develop a team of supervisors and department managers to meet and exceed KPIs Ensure compliance with customer requirements, including OEM standards (Toyota, Nissan, etc.) Implement and sustain lean manufacturing initiatives (TPS, Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction) Manage plant financial performance including budgets, cost control, and capital planning Oversee production scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet delivery targets Partner with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (preferred) 7+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably Tier 1 automotive Demonstrated success managing production teams and achieving operational KPIs Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Experience working with OEM customers and meeting strict quality standards Proven ability to lead through change and drive cultural transformation Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Preferred Experience Experience with exhaust systems, metal fabrication, or assembly manufacturing Background supporting customers such as Toyota, or other major OEMs Familiarity withIATF 16949, ISO
