Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing supply chain analytics, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying effective solutions. Supervise plant staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with supply chain management to streamline logistics, inventory control, and procurement activities for seamless operations. Skills Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is essential. Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Kaizen. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, and process optimization.
