Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring all activities align with our company's policies, regulations, and objectives. 2. Implement and manage quality control programs, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and Total Quality Management (TQM) practices. 3. Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, safety, and teamwork. 4. Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. 5. Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to formulate strategic plans and make critical business decisions. 6. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. 7. Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of manpower, equipment, and materials. 8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry. 3. Demonstrated expertise in operations management, with a track record of optimizing processes for efficiency and productivity. 4. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Total Quality Management (TQM) practices, with a track record of implementing and managing quality control programs. 5. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. 6. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical business decisions. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. 8. Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance, with a track record of promoting a safe and healthy work environment. 9. Proficiency in using various software and technology tools for monitoring and analyzing production metrics.
