Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Plant Manager. Position Summary The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing operation, ensuring the facility achieves Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives. This role provides leadership across production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, inventory, and continuous improvement while driving operational performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in complex manufacturing environments who can build accountability, improve processes, develop teams, and deliver operational results. Key Responsibilities Lead daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause problem-solving initiatives. Develop and coach supervisors and frontline teams while building a culture of accountability and engagement. Manage production planning, labor utilization, inventory, and operational resources to meet customer requirements. Monitor and improve key performance indicators including Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery, Productivity, Scrap, and Cost. Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to improve operational performance. Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, quality, and company standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with progressive responsibility. Experience leading low-volume, high-mix manufacturing operations. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. Proven success developing teams and driving operational performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
