What You'll Be Rockin' Every Day Lead and support mining and processing teams with confidence and clarity Keep safety and environmental standards front and center — always Ensure top-notch product quality and efficient production output Monitor production metrics, inventories, and operational performance Coordinate parts, supplies, and maintenance needs to minimize downtime Troubleshoot plant challenges and prioritize like a pro Partner with cross-functional teams to keep operations smooth and customers happy What Makes You a Great Fit You're a strong leader with a sharp operational mindset and a knack for keeping people and processes moving forward.

You Bring:
