Job Summary:
As a Sr. Manager in Production, you will be responsible for leading production teams to meet the requirements for the customer in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Ensure KPIs are up to date and communicated and conduct production planning Continuously derive synergy to improve production yield and productivity (OEE) Identify all controllable failures and eliminate with permanent corrective actions Directing root cause analyses and control plans for all production issues to prevent reoccurrence (8D methodology) Maintain the manufacturing environment to its fullest capabilities by managing consumables, spare parts, and repair costs. Team Leaders monitor the production performance to ensure accurate, targeted volumes are being produced at the highest quality and lowest cost Providing support to their production team members and removing obstacles to their success Active collaboration with related teams (Quality, Technology, Equipment, Inspection) Monitor the requirements and results for the weekly Quality review meetings Manage hiring, retention, evaluation, promotion, and termination of hourly employees Coach, mentor and develop the careers of SPVs, crew leaders, and operators Conduct thorough and timely Layered Process Audits in appropriate work areas Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3

Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience:
10 to 15+ years of experience in complex mechanical assembly, tooling, and manufacturing in a highly automated setting 7 to 10+ years of experience leading and managing multiple processes Experience with large production lines and floor management Experience implementing 5S principles preferred
Skills:
Organizational agility and results-oriented Committed to continuous improvement through empowerment and management by data Effective team building and diversity management Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results through teams Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support entire production team Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with HQ and global sites
