Back Plant Logistics Support•Inventory Manager#2016684 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The Inventory Manager is responsible for management of the Key Performance Indicators associated with material inventory activities including: Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Forecasting, Stock Coverage, Gross Working Capital Float Management. This role directly impacts the plants performance through KPI management, process improvements and training and development management. This individual is the subject matter expert regarding material inventory management. The Inventory Manager participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Industrial System activities.
Expert in applicable systems including: Receiving, CMIS, MLM DashboardResponsible for adherence to governing procedures and process auditsResponsible for plants' success in meeting or exceeding KPIs associated with inventory managementLead for training and development activities including industry best practices and technology standardsResponsible for improving inventory processes for optimal performance and cost-efficiencyInteracts with all levels of the organization including bargaining and non-bargaining, hourly and salary employees as well as executive leadership Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326,

United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused in production control, supply chain or material handlingAbility to demonstrate lean manufacturing knowledge and applicationAbility to direct the workforce and deliver results on Key Performance IndicatorsExperience in resolving conflicts with professionalism and integrityAbility to adapt and manage change to support business needsStrong understanding of the systems and procedures related to production control, supply chain or material handlingExcellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/orGoogle SuitePreferred Qualifications:
