Job Description

Step into a high-impact leadership opportunity as a Manufacturing Operations Manager in New Troy, Michigan with a highly automated Tier 1 automotive supplier experiencing aggressive growth. This is a standout chance to lead operations for a company that designs and builds its own automation in-house, operates more than 140 CNC machines and 70+ Fanuc robots, and offers strong long-term advancement as it targets major expansion across its facilities. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Operations Manager position include: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum five years of operations leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment; automotive experience strongly preferred Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations, including labor planning, production scheduling, and material control Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, and delivery Build, develop, and manage the operations leadership team while strengthening employee relations Oversee operational budgeting, training programs, and policy compliance, including applicable regulatory requirements Ensure production meets quality standards, customer specifications, and on-time delivery goals Lead problem-solving efforts and support long-range operational planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Salary :
$120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
