Breckenridge, Minnesota job type: Permanent salary: $85,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manage and execute production operations across fermentation, sanitation, and packaging to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Lead and develop the manufacturing team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Reinforce/Prioritize safety and quality standards. Implement & prioritize compliance with food safety, environmental, and industrial safety regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and safety culture. Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot process issues. Address risks to quality, safety & efficiency through data and root cause analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, equipment and sanitation improvements, and approved capital projects. Work and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D to support operational reliability, maintenance readiness, and process or product improvements. #randstadengineering #LI-MC1 qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 5 years of experience
