Duties Lead and coordinate all production activities during the night shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Manage production planning, inventory levels, and supply chain analytics. Supervise personnel, including workers and technical staff, providing guidance on equipment, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Oversee quality control measures to ensure night shift servicing meet specifications and compliance requirements. Step in to support lead and spray technician to ensure servicing is completed on time. Qualifications Willingness to learn about supply chain management and operations management principles.
