  • Custom Automation for Life Sciences Manufacturing | Maple Grove, MN DT Engineering | Automation & Tooling Solutions Are you a project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment? DT Engineering is expanding into a brand-new Maple Grove, MN facility
  • and we're looking for a driven PM to help lead the charge.
What You'll Do Own projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, and customer delivery Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle Lead cross-functional teams through design reviews, build phases, and commissioning Monitor actuals vs. budget and report project financials in regular PSM meetings Identify and manage scope changes proactively
  • internally and with customers Drive post-mortem assessments to continuously improve how we work What We're Looking For 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial automation or custom machine build environment Life Sciences / MedTech industry experience strongly preferred BS in Engineering or Business preferred; PMP certification a plus Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems, PLC/PC controls, robotics, and motion control Financial accountability mindset•you know how to read a budget and own the outcome Strong communicator, self-starter, and natural team leader What DT Engineering Offers Competitive salary: $100,000•120,000 (commensurate with experience) Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Basic Life & AD&D paid by DT Engineering 401(k) with company match PTO accrual starting day one The chance to join a debt-free, privately held company with a 25 year track record•and be part of a brand-new chapter
