Direct-hire position with outstanding benefits!
Duties:
Manage custom automation components design/manufacturing projects from kickoff to delivery (customer programs range from 6-months to multi-year) Oversee project scopes, costs, schedules, and budgets Work directly with customers to communicate project progress/milestones while managing expectations (customers includes industrial OEMs and defense contractors) Interface directly with company leadership, setting direction and owning execution of high-value projects and initiatives Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance Support proposals and new business opportunities Help drive compliance with all applicable standards and regulations (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering a big plus), Business, or similar field 4+ years of experience as a project manager or program manager within an engineered products/manufacturing company Industrial/electro-mechanical products experience a plus Strong mechanical aptitude Experience working with both customer-facing program leadership and internal new product development Knowledge of defense contracting requirements and industrial product delivery processes a plus PMP certification a plus Ability to travel ~15% of the time
Salary:
$110-125K
