The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Manager Test Operations to join our Boeing Test & Evaluation team supporting Air Dominance, Phantom Works & Weapons programs in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will lead a team of first line leaders and individual contributors across multiple fabrication and manufacturing areas in support of flight and lab test activities. This job requisition will fill two very similar positions. One position will be responsible for electrical operations and the other will oversee mechanical operations. Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for workplace safety, cost, quality and schedule performance to program commitments Effectively interacts with program leadership, customer stakeholders, and business unit partners Responsible for setting up new program support requirements to include systems, tools and staffing Knowledgeable of Boeing policies and procedures related to aircraft, major assemblies and component manufacturing and testing Responsible for leading and implementing effective RCCA's (Root Cause Corrective Action) Responsible for estimating, staffing, capital planning and financial management Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 3+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, including machining, fabrication and assembly, and electronics assembly 3+ years of experience leading and/or managing a team Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) Experience and understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience working with Government Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) representatives Drug Free Workplace:
