Plant Manager Agricultural Manufacturing & Feed Operations We're seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead a unique agricultural manufacturing operation that converts food byproducts into feed used within a large cattle operation. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and building relationships—not just managing a production line. You'll oversee production, people, equipment, vendor relationships, and raw material sourcing while working directly with company leadership to drive results. Responsibilities of the Plant Manager Lead day-to-day plant operations and production planning Supervise, train, and develop a small production team Drive safety, accountability, and operational performance Manage equipment reliability and plant uptime Build and maintain supplier/vendor relationships Identify new sources of raw materials to support production goals Track production metrics and implement process improvements What We're Looking For Experience leading a production, manufacturing, feed, food processing, or agricultural operation Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Experience managing people and production goals Ability to build relationships with suppliers, vendors, or customers Ownership mentality and willingness to be hands-on Why Consider It?
