The Judge Group is seeking a EHS & Quality Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Starkville, MS area.Title:

$135,000-$155,000 plus bonusResponsibilities:
- Lead site SHEQ team and oversee departmental budget
- Drive safety culture and accountability across operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company SHEQ standards
- Implement occupational health and industrial hygiene programs
- Manage audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
- Lead incident investigations and enforce corrective measures
- Coordinate emergency response and crisis readiness activities
- Engage with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Coach and develop staff while promoting company core values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in EHS, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10+ years of SHEQ experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Certifications (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, ISO) preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and ISO standards
- Experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident analysis
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results #JDP
