Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and equipment. Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Monitor production processes for efficiency, quality, and safety compliance; identify areas for process enhancement. Maintain accurate production records, including logs of materials used, downtime incidents, and product specifications. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular training sessions to promote a safe working environment. Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet all specifications and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow continuity. Support the implementation of new technologies or equipment upgrades to improve productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a relevant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proficiency in production management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and with external suppliers.
