Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing injection molding programs from launch through production, ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and profitability. This role serves as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers, coordinating all aspects of project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage new and existing injection molding programs from kickoff through production and lifecycle support Act as the main liaison between customers, engineering, production, and quality teams Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met Coordinate mold builds, sampling, and production launches Monitor program performance including cost, quality, and delivery metrics Lead customer meetings, provide updates, and address concerns proactively Support quoting and cost analysis for new and existing programs Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful program execution Ensure all documentation, specifications, and customer requirements are met Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-7+ years of experience in injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or related industry Previous program management or project management experience preferred Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and production workflows Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, etc.) Preferred Skills Experience with APQP, PPAP, and product launch processes Familiarity with tooling development and mold qualification Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Collaborative and team-oriented work environment
