Job Description:
This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years' experience in construction. Do you have some knowledge with Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, or Smartsheet. Open to partner with procurement to manage material orders and track timelines. Build your career in manufacturing and project management with hands-on training and room to grow. This role is responsible for project scheduling, risk mitigation, document control, and effective collaboration between Project Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing Operations teams. If you have a strong background in project planning within manufacturing or construction environments, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Manage project schedules using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Touchplan, or similar tools. Maintain equipment lists, purchase order logs, and project documentation within BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud. Monitor RFIs, submittals, change requests, and issue logs to ensure timely communication and resolution. Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless execution and delivery. Support procurement efforts through material tracking, vendor coordination, and cost-saving strategies. Track project milestones and risks; provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project coordination within manufacturing or construction. Proficiency in BIM360, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and Touchplan. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
