ProLogistix is now hiring for experienced Process Engineer with a world-renowned computer company in the area! The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and compliance with established standards. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, leads technical projects, and provides training to manufacturing staff to minimize process deviations and achieve best-in-class performance indicators such as UPH (Units Per Hour) and overall efficiency. Own and manage all manufacturing processes, ensuring stability, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Resolve daily process issues to maintain operational continuity and minimize downtime. Implement process improvements to meet production goals, enhance safety, and reduce costs. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (UPH, efficiency, yield) to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead cross-functional projects and provide technical expertise to support business objectives. Evaluate new technologies and assess feasibility for implementation to improve manufacturing capabilities. Collaborate with global and multi-functional teams to troubleshoot technical and supply chain issues. Develop detailed project schedules and manage resources across multiple platforms and geographies. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through reports, meetings, and presentations.
