$113,000 - $175,000 + Bonus Potential We are seeking a driven, hands-on Plant / Mill Manager to lead a high-volume food manufacturing and milling operation in Minot, ND. This is a key leadership role for a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, takes ownership, drives accountability, and delivers results. The ideal candidate will bring a strong milling background , proven operational leadership experience, and the ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day plant and milling operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment Manage and develop a team of 6 direct reports across operations and production leadership Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement Oversee grain receiving, processing, milling, blending, sanitation, logistics, and outbound operations Utilize KPIs, Lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance Lead capital planning and operational strategy for long-term plant growth and innovation Foster a culture of accountability, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Strong mill manufacturing experience is
